Settings
Configure every aspect of your club from the Settings page. Access it from the sidebar under Settings.
Payment settings
Connect your payment processors to start collecting fees:
- Stripe — For card payments. Connect via Stripe Express onboarding.
- GoCardless — For UK Direct Debit (lower fees for recurring payments).

Billing entities (Companies)
If your club operates through multiple companies (e.g. main training company and a competition fund), create billing entities to keep finances separated.
Branding
- Logo — Upload your club logo
- Primary colour — Used throughout the app and your public pages
- Shop enabled — Toggle the club shop on/off
Venues
Add your training venues with addresses and capacity. Venues are selected when creating sessions.
Policies
Create and manage club policies. See Policies.
Email templates
Create reusable email templates. See Email Templates guide.
Integrations
- Xero — Sync payments to Xero for accounting. See Xero Integration.
Certificate types
Define staff certifications (DBS, First Aid, etc.). See Staff & Certifications.
Kiosk
Configure self-service check-in. See Kiosk Setup.

GDPR data export, data retention policies, and consent records.
