Our Story
Kolva Club started from frustration. Like many club administrators, we were drowning in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and bank transfers that never seemed to match up. We tried existing platforms, but they were either too complicated, too expensive, or both.
What we really wanted was simple: send a message and have it just work. "Who hasn't paid?" "Create a session for Saturday." "Remind Team A about tomorrow." No clicking through five screens. No exporting to Excel. Just ask and get answers.
So we built it. Kolva Club is the platform we wished we had — AI-first, fair pricing, and designed for real club admins who have better things to do than fight with software. Today it covers payments, attendance, competitions, documents, a club shop, staff certifications, GDPR compliance, and more — all in one place, all for 0.75%.
