Shop

Sell uniforms, equipment, competition entry, and merchandise directly to parents through the built-in club shop.

Enabling the shop

The shop can be enabled from Settings → Branding. Once enabled, it appears in the parent portal navigation.

Products

Go to Shop → Products to manage your catalogue.

• Name and description — What you're selling
• Price — Set a price and optional compare-at price for sales
• Images — Upload product photos
• Variants — Size, colour, or other options (e.g. "Junior Medium", "Adult Large")
• Inventory — Track stock levels per variant

Orders

When parents purchase items, orders appear in Shop → Orders. Track fulfillment status and view order details.

Shop dashboard

The shop overview shows total products, orders, revenue, and low stock alerts. Useful for keeping on top of inventory.

Parent experience

Parents browse the shop from their portal, add items to a cart, and check out using their saved payment method or a new card. Orders appear in their order history.
