Messages & Inbox

Communicate with parents through broadcast messages and handle incoming emails through the smart inbox.

Sending messages

Go to Messages in the sidebar to compose a new message.

  • Recipients — Select individual parents, entire teams, or groups
  • Subject — Email subject line
  • Template — Optionally use a saved template
  • Schedule — Send now or schedule for later

Messages are sent as emails. You can track read receipts from the sent messages list.

Inbox

The Inbox collects replies and incoming emails from parents. Each conversation is threaded by parent and their athletes.

The AI analyses incoming messages and detects intent — is this a payment question, an absence request, a general enquiry? It suggests appropriate replies that you can edit and send.

AI-suggested replies

For each conversation, the AI generates up to 3 suggested replies based on the parent's message and your club's context. Click a suggestion to use it as a starting point, edit if needed, and send.

Email templates

Create reusable templates for common messages (payment reminders, welcome messages, event announcements). Templates support placeholders like the parent's name, child's name, and payment amount.

Archiving

Archive conversations once they're resolved. You can reopen archived conversations if the parent replies again.
