Sibling Discounts

Automatically discount fees for families with multiple children at your club.

Enabling sibling discounts

1. Go to Settings
2. Find the Sibling Discount section
3. Toggle Enable Sibling Discounts
4. Set the discount for the 2nd child (e.g. 10%)
5. Optionally set a different discount for the 3rd+ child (e.g. 15%)
6. Save

How it works

When billing is generated, the system:

1. Groups athletes by family (linked to the same parent)
2. Charges full price for the first child
3. Applies the 2nd-child discount to the second child
4. Applies the 3rd+ discount to additional children

The discount is calculated automatically — no manual adjustment needed.

Other discount types

You can also create per-family discounts for other reasons:

• Hardship — For families on reduced fees
• Staff — Discounts for staff members' children
• Promotional — Short-term offers
• Custom — Any other reason

These are set per family from the parent's profile.
