Track your club's performance with revenue trends, attendance rates, member growth, and payment forecasts.

Dashboard metrics

Click More in the sidebar (or press Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) and choose Analytics. Along the top are five tiles: Active Members, Monthly Revenue, Total Collected, Due now (with the number of families to chase) and Attendance Rate.

Switch the page between Weekly and Monthly figures, and choose what the tiles compare against: the previous period, the same period last year, or no comparison. The Export menu downloads Membership Data, Revenue Data or Attendance Data as a CSV file.

Revenue trends

Revenue vs Disbursements is a stacked bar chart over time that keeps your own revenue apart from money you collect on behalf of suppliers. Revenue by Type is a pie chart of where the revenue came from.

Due now by age splits what is owed today into Current, 30 days, 60 days and 90+ days, and shows what is scheduled but not due yet separately.

Member growth

Athlete Growth charts your active and trial athletes over time.

Attendance rates

Attendance Rate Trend plots your overall attendance percentage over time. Sessions This Period counts sessions by type and shows the average attendance. The Team Performance table at the bottom gives each team its members, revenue, attendance, amount due now and growth, so you can spot a team whose attendance is slipping.

Payment forecasts

The Financial Forecast card at the top opens and closes when you click it. For the current month it shows Expected Recurring (from your active fee schedules), Already Collected, Pending, Overdue and Total Forecast, followed by a revenue breakdown and a 6-Month Outlook table. Useful for cash flow planning.

Email tracking

Analytics doesn't report email open rates. To see whether families have read a message you sent, open Inbox and look at the Sent view.
