Admin Dashboard

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of your club's health at a glance.

Key metrics

The top of your dashboard shows four headline numbers:

• Total Athletes — Active members across all teams
• Active Teams — Number of teams currently running
• Revenue — Total collected this month
• Attendance Rate — Average attendance across recent sessions

Upcoming sessions

A list of your next sessions with date, time, venue, and which teams are involved. Click any session to see its detail page where you can manage attendance.

Recent transactions

Shows the latest payment activity — who paid, how much, and the payment method. Useful for a quick check that payments are flowing.

Inbox stats

How many unread conversations are waiting in your inbox. Click through to handle parent messages with AI-suggested replies.

Certification alerts

If any staff certifications are expiring soon or have expired, you'll see alerts here. Stay on top of compliance without having to check each coach individually.

Quick actions

The dashboard provides fast access to common tasks. You can also use the Command Palette (press Ctrl+K) to quickly navigate anywhere or trigger actions.
