Create Your Account
Register your club and set up your admin account. This takes about 2 minutes.
Step 1: Register
Go to kolva.club/register and fill in:
- Your name — The admin's full name
- Email address — This becomes your login. Use a club email if you have one.
- Password — Must be at least 8 characters
- Club name — Your club's display name (e.g. "Star Cheer Academy")
You can also sign up with Google if you prefer. Click "Sign up with Google" and you'll be asked for your club name after authentication.
Step 2: Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Kolva Club. Click the link to verify your address. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or click "Resend verification email" on the verification page.
Step 3: Accept terms
On first login, you'll be asked to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These cover how we handle your data and your members' data. We take GDPR compliance seriously — you can read our full Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice for details.
Step 4: Setup wizard
After accepting terms, the setup wizard walks you through the basics:
- Club details — Confirm your club name, add a description, and set your sport type
- Branding — Upload your logo and choose your club's primary colour
- Teams — Create your initial team structure (you can add more later)
- Review — Check everything looks right and finish setup
You can skip any step and come back to it later from Settings in the sidebar.
What happens next
Once setup is complete, you'll land on your Admin Dashboard. This is your home base — it shows key metrics, upcoming sessions, and recent activity. It'll be empty at first, which is perfectly normal.
Next, you'll want to set up your teams.
