Payments
View your fees, pay outstanding amounts, save payment methods, and see your full payment history.
Paying a fee
- Click Pay Now on any outstanding payment (from your dashboard or the Payments page)
- Choose your payment method: a saved card, new card, or bank (Direct Debit)
- Confirm the payment
- You'll receive an email receipt
Payment methods
Go to Payments → Payment Methods to manage your saved methods:
- Save a card — Enter card details once and reuse for future payments
- Set up Direct Debit — Connect your bank account for automatic monthly collection (UK only)
- Set a default — Choose which method is used for auto-charges
- Remove a method — Delete a saved card or bank account
Auto-charging
If you have a saved payment method set as default and the club has automated billing enabled, your monthly fees can be collected automatically. You'll always receive an email before a charge is made.
Payment plans
If the club has set up a payment plan for your family, you'll see the plan details showing each installment, its due date, and status. Pay installments individually or pay the remaining balance in one go.
Payment history
The Payments page shows all your transactions: paid, pending, and overdue. Filter by status or child to find specific payments.
