Control how your children's data and images are used by the club.

Photo consent

Go to Privacy to manage photo consent for each of your children. Toggle photo consent on or off for each child individually. When consent is off, the club will not use photos or videos of your child in their marketing, social media, or website.

Data rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Export your data — Download all data the club holds about you and your children
• Request deletion — Ask the club to delete your children's data (with a 14-day cooling-off period)
• Withdraw medical consent — Remove consent for medical data storage at any time

What data is stored

The club stores:

• Your child's name, date of birth, and team assignments
• Attendance records
• Payment history
• Medical information (only with your explicit consent)
• Documents you upload
