Logging Cash
When parents pay in cash at a session, coaches can log it immediately. The admin then confirms receipt.
How to log cash
- From your Coach Dashboard, tap Log Cash
- Enter the amount received
- Select which family paid
- Add an optional description (e.g. "Monthly fee for March")
- Tap Save
What happens next
The cash payment appears as unconfirmed in the admin's payment list. The admin reviews and confirms it, at which point it's recorded as a completed payment.
This two-step process ensures accuracy — the coach logs what they received, and the admin verifies it matches what was expected.
Tips
- Log cash as soon as you receive it to avoid forgetting
- Be specific in the description so the admin knows what it's for
- If a parent pays for multiple things, you can log them separately or as one amount
