Logging Cash

When parents pay in cash at a session, coaches can log it immediately. The admin then confirms receipt.

How to log cash

  1. From your Coach Dashboard, tap Log Cash
  2. Enter the amount received
  3. Select which family paid
  4. Add an optional description (e.g. "Monthly fee for March")
  5. Tap Save

What happens next

The cash payment appears as unconfirmed in the admin's payment list. The admin reviews and confirms it, at which point it's recorded as a completed payment.

This two-step process ensures accuracy — the coach logs what they received, and the admin verifies it matches what was expected.

Tips

  • Log cash as soon as you receive it to avoid forgetting
  • Be specific in the description so the admin knows what it's for
  • If a parent pays for multiple things, you can log them separately or as one amount
