Public Signup Links
Taster sessions and one-off paid sessions automatically get a public URL that anyone can use to sign up — no account needed.
How they work
When you create a session with type Taster or One-Off, Kolva generates a unique link like kolva.club/s/u8-taster-april-12.
The signup page
The public page shows:
- Session title, date, time, and venue
- Price (if any)
- Available spots and capacity bar
- Your club's branding (logo and colours)
- A registration form for the parent to fill in
Sharing the link
Share the link wherever parents might find it:
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Your club website
- WhatsApp groups
- Flyers and posters (as a QR code)
- Email to prospective parents
What happens when someone signs up
- Parent fills in child and contact details
- If there's a price, they're redirected to Stripe to pay
- A confirmation page shows session details with an "Add to Calendar" button
- A confirmation email is sent
- The child appears as a Prospect in your athlete list
Capacity
If you set a capacity on the session, the signup page shows remaining spots. Once full, the form is replaced with a "Session Full" message.
