Coach Dashboard

The coach view is designed to be fast and simple. See your sessions, mark attendance, and log cash — that's it.

What you see

When you log in as a coach, your dashboard shows:

• Quick stats — Athletes you coach, sessions this week, average attendance rate
• Today's sessions — Sessions happening today with time and venue
• Upcoming sessions — Your sessions for the coming days

What coaches can do

• Mark attendance for sessions
• Log cash payments received from parents
• Request absences from sessions
• View athlete details for their teams

What coaches cannot see

Coaches do not have access to financial information. They cannot see:

• Payment amounts or fee status
• Revenue or financial reports
• Other coaches' data
• Admin settings or configuration

This is by design — it keeps the coach experience focused and protects financial privacy.

Mobile-first

The coach interface works great on phones and tablets. Coaches can add Kolva Club to their home screen as a PWA for quick access during sessions.
