Coach Dashboard
The coach view is designed to be fast and simple. See your sessions, mark attendance, log cash and report accidents.
What you see
When you sign in as a coach, your dashboard shows:
- Quick stats — Athletes I Coach, Sessions This Week and Avg Attendance
- Report an accident — a coral card that's always there, even with no sessions today. It files a report for any athlete in the club (see Reporting an Accident)
- Recent accidents — reports from the last 90 days for athletes on your teams (read-only; see Reporting an Accident)
- Today's Sessions — sessions happening today, with the time, team, venue and number of athletes
- Upcoming Sessions — your sessions for the coming days
- Club management — only if your club has given you extra access, such as Athletes or Teams. It opens the first admin page you can use, and you keep your coach dashboard. (If you can view scheduling, you see Manage Sessions & Calendar instead.)
You see the sessions for the teams you coach, plus any session you're assigned to directly.
What coaches can do
- Mark attendance for sessions
- Log cash payments received from parents, using the Log Cash button at the top of the dashboard
- Report an accident from the session page, or from the dashboard card for any athlete in the club
- See the absences that have been reported for athletes on your teams (read-only)
- Open an athlete's details from the register by tapping their name
What coaches cannot see
Coaches do not have access to financial information. They never see:
- Fee amounts, family balances or what a family has paid
- Revenue or financial reports
- Other coaches' data
- Admin settings or configuration
There is one exception, on paid sessions. The register shows whether an athlete's booking is unpaid (Unpaid, or Paying while a card payment is in progress), because an unpaid athlete can't be marked in. It never shows an amount.
This is by design — it keeps the coach experience focused and protects financial privacy.
Mobile-first
The coach pages are built for phones and tablets and work well on them. You can add Kolva Club to your home screen for quick access during sessions.
